Release and Rollback

1. Restore valid PostgreSQL test credentials and confirm migrations/readiness.
2. Run integration, real Playwright and performance checks.
3. Deploy API first; verify health/readiness and new read contracts.
4. Deploy web; verify calendar, settings, dashboard and appointment creation.

Rollback uses the prior API/web artifacts; no schema rollback is required. Current status is not deploy-ready while runtime gates and owner lookup decisions remain pending.
