• Implemented one authenticated owner snapshot with common reference instant, real patient/appointment aggregates and honest unavailable document/revenue metrics.
• Replaced all mock cards with one typed query, skeleton, failure/retry and unavailable states.
• API/web typecheck and web production build PASS; time-boundary unit tests PASS.
• Database integration remains blocked by PostgreSQL authentication (28P01); final browser execution remains pending.
